Star Wars: Ahsoka (2023), created by Dave Filoni, is a captivating addition to the ever-expanding Star Wars universe. Premiering on Disney+, the series centers on Ahsoka Tano, one of the most beloved characters in the Star Wars franchise. Originally introduced in the animated film Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008) and later appearing in the Clone Wars television series, Ahsoka’s character has undergone remarkable development, evolving from a young Padawan to a skilled and wise Jedi. In Ahsoka, we follow her journey after the fall of the Empire, as she confronts new challenges and uncovers threats in the galaxy far, far away.

The series is set in the aftermath of Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, during a time when the New Republic is struggling to establish stability in the galaxy. Ahsoka (played by Rosario Dawson) is on a quest to locate Grand Admiral Thrawn, a strategic genius and former leader of the Imperial Navy, who was presumed lost after the events of Star Wars Rebels (2014–2018). Thrawn’s return could signal the rise of a new threat to the fragile peace, and Ahsoka, alongside allies like Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) and Hera Syndulla (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), must stop him before he can bring the galaxy into chaos once again.
