The film follows Haley (Kaya Scodelario), a college swimmer, who returns to her hometown in Florida when she learns that a Category 5 hurricane is approaching. Upon reaching her father’s house, she discovers him injured and trapped in the crawl space beneath the house. As they attempt to escape, they face a new threat: a group of deadly alligators that have been driven into the house by the flooding waters.
