 In Dead Sea (2024), an international research team dives into the mysterious depths of the Red Sea Rift, only to awaken an ancient aquatic predator long thought extinct. What begins as a scientific expedition quickly turns into a horrifying fight for survival as the crew battles not only the creature but the mounting tension and paranoia among themselves.

Set aboard a state-of-the-art underwater lab, the film balances claustrophobic suspense and visually stunning deep-sea cinematography. Natalie Dormer delivers a compelling performance as marine biologist Dr. Lena Hart, a determined scientist haunted by her past. Karl Urban plays the cynical security officer who suspects that something far more sinister is lurking beneath than anyone admits. Meanwhile, Mahershala Ali gives a quiet but commanding presence as the mission’s conflicted leader.
