The Devil Wears Prada 2 (2025)

Priestly (Meryl Streep), is back, and this time she’s facing new challenges that threaten her empire. The sequel picks up a few years after the events of the first film. Andrea Sachs (Anne Hathaway) has moved on from her soul-crushing job at Runway and is now an accomplished journalist, having found her own voice in the world of fashion and media. But despite her success, Andrea’s world is far from perfect. She’s constantly juggling her career with her relationship with Alex (a new character played by a prominent actor), and finds herself missing the excitement of her Runway days.
Miranda Priestly, now at the pinnacle of her career with a global fashion empire, is facing a crisis of her own. The industry is changing rapidly, and she finds herself struggling to maintain her dominance over the next generation of fashion moguls. To keep Runway relevant in the digital age, Miranda has to make a bold decision: innovate or risk losing her throne. Enter Andrea, who is offered the opportunity to return to Runway as Miranda’s personal advisor, guiding the editor through this new phase in fashion while facing the challenges of modern media.
As Andrea is pulled back into the high-pressure world of fashion, she discovers just how much she has changed, but also how much Runway has shaped her. Meanwhile, Miranda finds herself mentoring a young, brash fashion prodigy (played by a rising star) who challenges her authority and threatens to upend everything Miranda has built. The film delves into the dynamic of mentorship, generational conflict, and the cost of success.
