As of December 23, 2024, there is no official confirmation regarding the production or release of Underworld 6. The most recent installment in the Underworld series is Underworld: Blood Wars, released in 2016.

While there have been fan-made trailers and speculations about a potential sixth film, such as the “UNDERWORLD 6: Rise of the Vampire” trailer circulating online, these are not official productions. For instance, a fan-made trailer titled “UNDERWORLD 6: Rise of the Vampire – Official Trailer 2025” is available on YouTube. 

Actress Kate Beckinsale, who portrays Selene in the series, has expressed interest in reprising her role in the past. In July 2021, she mentioned that she was not opposed to returning for another Underworld film.
