The movie is set in an alternate Victorian era where a mysterious threat looms over the world. A terrorist known as “The Fantom” orchestrates a series of devastating attacks, aiming to ignite a global war. In response, British intelligence recruits an elite team of extraordinary individuals, each possessing unique skills and powers, to thwart the villain’s plans.

The team, led by legendary adventurer Allan Quatermain (played by Sean Connery), includes Mina Harker, a vampire with a dark past; Captain Nemo, a brilliant inventor and submarine captain; Rodney Skinner, a gentleman thief and invisible man; Dr. Jekyll, who struggles to control his monstrous alter ego, Mr. Hyde; Dorian Gray, an immortal man with a mysterious portrait; and Tom Sawyer, a brash American Secret Service agent.

The League travels across the world aboard Nemo’s submarine, the Nautilus, to uncover the truth about The Fantom’s intentions. Along the way, they face numerous challenges, including betrayal within their ranks, epic battles, and moral dilemmas. The Fantom’s plan is revealed to be a plot to harvest the League’s unique abilities to create an unstoppable army.

The climactic showdown takes place in a remote frozen fortress where the League must work together to stop the villain’s ultimate weapon and save the world from destruction. The film blends action, steampunk aesthetics, and literary references, creating a unique and visually striking adventure.
